Invite Participant and Observer(s)

• Invite participant and observer(s) with an email directly from UserVue.  The invitation has a link directly into the session, so it’s easy for everyone to attend.
• You can also send your own custom invitations, complete with a code for participants and observer(s) to enter on the UserVue site.

Use Free Integrated Phone Service to Call Participant

• Automatically call the participant – no third-party required.
• The conversation is automatically recorded and synchronized with the session.  Observers can hear it too!

View and Record Participant's Screen

• View and record the participant’s screen in real time as they use a Web site or application.  Record the screen audio and data as WMV or Morae (.rdg) file.

Mark Important Moments

• Flag the important moments in a session with annotated markers – even create custom markers.
• Not only are markers available to you and your observers every session, but you can save in CSV format for easy spreadsheet use.

Analyze with Morae Manager

• Dig deeper into your data.  Easily calculate time on task, error rate, and other common measurements.
• Edit and create highlight videos to focus on points of interest.
