View the Participant’s Screen Remotely

• Up to ten observers can watch live from the comfort of their own desks.  Enter and exit sessions anytime!

Chat with Facilitator and Other Observers

• Observers can freely communicate with each other, so when a participant is struggling, they can immediately brainstorm solutions.  Plus, the participant can’t see the observers’ chat windows, so they stay focused on their tasks.

Listen to Participant/Facilitator Conversation

• Observers don’t need to call in - UserVue streams the synchronized session audio through their speakers.

Mark Important Moments

• Observers can use markers to flag the most important moments during a session, plus add their own notes.  Instantly find points of interest later.
• Marker information can be saved in a spreadsheet-compatible CSV file.  Markers are also indexed in a WMV file for viewing in Windows Media Player.
